Do they make an exterior paint that could be used to paint vinyl siding on a house?

I really want to change the color of my house, I just don’t want to spend thousands of dollars to put up new siding.

Should they power wash the house before installing vinyl siding?

This house is brick with painted exterior wood trim, gabels, headers, soffits, etc. I plan to install vinyl siding to reduce maintenance costs. I hate the thought of them installing new siding over the dirty exterior wood. Hence, my question.

I’m shopping for metal siding for a storage shack, how are they priced?

I’m looking for 10 foot high and about 2 feet in width. The pricing sheet I received says – $62.88 per square
$1.99 per linear foot. Which I don’t know how to translate?
