Wood Sealer on Vinyl Siding?

I recently had my wood deck painted with Thompson’s Water Sealer, the brown-tinted kind. He accidentally got a few blotches of the sealer (long story) on my beige vinyl siding. What would work best to remove these smudges from the siding? Thanks!
