How can i remove what looks like mold from my vinyl siding on my trailer?

it is under my windows and i was wondering if any household products i already have can be sprayed on it if not what do i need to get ?

is there such a thing as vinyl siding that looks like brick?

if there is, where can I find out more information about it?

Is vinyl siding bad? Does it creat alot of problems later – like rot under? What is the rule of thumb on cost?

I seen one at the ross county fair two years ago. It was with the other campers. It looked so cute like a small log cabin on wheels.
