5 foot porch swing perferably ceder or teak?

I’ve been looking and can’t find the right swing, it can’t be oak, and the chain needs to be located on the side of the swing, not through the arms. swing price rang is 0-500

Can I install T-111 siding over ceder siding or should I take the ceder siding off first?
