Most Effective House Siding Power Washer Cleaning Fluid?

I have a new (er) home (5 years old) with white vinyl siding and white aluminum downspouts. It has acquired a dark blotchy/spotty stain that resists removal with traditional orange clean and the like. I would like to powerwash the outside of my home and have the dirt and grime come off easily without scrubbing. What is the best, most powerful, yet safe chemical to use with a powerwasher? Thanks!

I get the same thing on my new(ish) home. I tried all the siding wash you can think of. Nothing worked. Until Kaboom! You have to scrub by hand, but not a knuckle-breaking scrub. I got a plastic scrubbie and it came off pretty easily. Hope this helps.

There are many that are formulated for just this. Check at a local hardware store.
