There are many options for you - many are affordable, and if you consider the life cycle of the product, it may be a lot cheaper than you realize!

There are many different grades of vinyl, wood, corrugated metal, fiber cement, and of course masonry products.

For a comparison of these products all in one place, see the following page:
http://www.building-your-green-home.com/house-siding.html

There are links to each type of material from this page.

Hope this helps!

you can get white vinyl siding for about $100 a square (10'x10').
Other than that try Craigslist for some used materials or leftovers from another job.

if your not picky then use roofing shingles, i'm serious man! it's cheaper than siding and you can paint it so it looks like a brick effect! plus your walls will never leak! it also is reported that tar deflects radiation, better than wood or plastic but not as good as glass. but that would be ok cause your windows are made of glass. you might want to purchase a glass door and then viol la! you have cheap siding and a nuclear holocaust proof building. direct hits are not guaranteed!.

Try recycled materials from a demolition or people who are replacing the siding on their homes or doing a remodel. You should be able to find enough siding for this size building. Check with local contractors who do siding or maybe even with the permit office. I think that's public information.
