headaches should i go to another doctor?

i have had headaches for a month now around my right eye right check and upper right theeth sometimes right side of forhead. i went o the doctor and had a ct scan it was sinitis took antibiotics it helped a lot but still having them almost every day and around the same time of day, in the evening i also am using a neti pot now and offers some relife but not enough.by the way i live in san antonio texas where the mountin ceder is really high right now im thinking this is the cause of my sinitis also i am not pron to headaches i hardly ever have one unless it is sintis so i know how this feels but ive never had it this bad.should i go back to doctor if i do what can i expect?
