has anyone ever used retrofoam? ?

April 2, 2010 by

The company fills the wall cavity with foam to replace old worn out insulation and provide a air tight and water vapor barrier. Was wondering what the average home would cost to do this, Mine is a ranch style about 1400 sq ft. Also I have awsome ceder siding on my house and don’t want them to drill a billion holes to do it is a there another way?

  1. JeffeVerde says:

With siding, you can usually pry off a plank to get to the sheathing underneath, rather than drilling and plugging holes through the siding. Alternatively, you can install through the interior walls.

Prices vary. Have you checked their website? Great product – http://retrofoam.com/
