Anyone know anything about log siding?

A friend of mine is attepting to build a house. He wants it to be a log cabin style home. I was told that they now make some vinyl siding that gives the appearance of a log home. Anybody out there know anything about this type of siding?
Try checking into a company called Alcoa…..They are a large vynle siding company and if they don’t have it they should either tell you were it can be purchased or order it for you…and Yes I have heard that they are making this…I seen it in a trade magizine…think it was Dixie Contractor
